Husband of the late Jean LoCicero. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Carmen proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday, October 19, 2020 from 4-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. Due to the current public health crisis, masks and social distancing guidelines must be adhered to.
