Thinking of you all at this time. Carol was always so patient and helpful with my mom as we were dealing with needed changes when my brother and father died. Dale, you were also very helpful. This seems to be a wonderful family trait. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Diane Meehan & Norma Hardman

Carol's family, we are so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a true blessing to my family. She was always very patient and caring with my mother, Norma Hardman, when dealing with changes that were needed. Dale, you also have been helpful for my mother and I when dealing with changes in her life. This seems to be a wonderful family trait. We are truly blessed to have you both in our lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family at this time.

I am so sad to learn of Carol's death. I have been texting her, wondering why she wasn't answering, hoping for the best. Carol and I met in college and were in each other's weddings. We stayed in touch, despite not being able to see each other much due to distance, for 43 years. I just can't believe I will never hear her sense of humor again although I have many pictures and letters that I will hold dear. RIP Carol.

If I am mistaken, I apologize to the family, but I believe Carol was the wife of a high school (Baldwin '58) classmate of mine. If I am right, I want the family to know that I held Joe in high regard in the 50s, and have always been sorry that I lost contact with him afterward. In any event my heart goes out to Joe and all family members and friends who must contend with Carol's death at a time of social distancing, when it's most important to have family and friends together to grieve in sympathy, and to also share the joy of fond memories while celebrating her life. God bless you all. - Tom Lauritzen

It was not only a privilege but also an honor to know Carol. She was full of character and often made me smile I believe I did the same for her. Thank you for sharing her. Jonnie
