Obituary For Carol J. (Mente) Froehlich

Age 85 of Bethel Park, originally of the Bridgeville/Carnegie area, passed peacefully after a brief illness on Thursday, December 15, 2022.

Beloved wife of the late Ralph F. Froehlich; mother of Bernard Froehlich and Mary Ann (Daniel) Morrone; loving grandma of Randy (Linda) Morrone and Angela (Daniel) Reardon; Great Yia Yia of Autumn Reardon; sister of the late David (survived by Jackie) Mente, Mary Lou (Jerry) Nelson, Zella Ann (Lou) Dellana, LaVerne (survived by David) Kyle and Paul (survived by Carol) Mente. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Carol was devoted to her family and her Catholic faith. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Monday, December 19, 2022, from 3 - 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Hope Parish at St. Germaine Church on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Please meet at the church.     Bill and I send our deepest sympathy on Carol's passing. She was one of the kindest people we had the pleasure to know. We are also very grateful to have her as a neighbor. So many great friendships developed and a lifetime of wonderful memories as a result. We will miss her dearly.
