Age 81, currently of Brentwood, formerly of Port Charlotte, FL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

Loving mother of Diane (John) Lemanski and Donna Fitzsimmons; proud grandmother of Emily Lemanski; daughter of the late Ross and Elizabeth Simonson; sister of Gary Simonson, Marlene Hunt, Jeff Simonson and Larry Simonson. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and their families. Carol was very active with her neighbors, vibrant, giving and enjoyed helping anyone in need. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday, October 28, 2024 from 3-7 p.m where a blessing service will be held at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to any animal rescue shelter you choose in Carol's name.
