Obituary For Caroline B. Quinn

November 15, 1933 - February 5, 2015

Quinn, Caroline B., age 81, on Thursday, February 5, 2015 of Knoxville. Beloved sister of Barbara Q. Brown (the late John) and Edward C. Quinn; daughter of the late Edward and Margaret Quinn; cousin of Virginia Loeffler, Beverly Meyers, Patricia Mogan, Edward Mangan and Gary Mangan and families. Caroline was a 1955 graduate of St. Mary of the Woods College, Terre Haute, IN. She worked in advertising at Gimbel's Department Store, then as a school teacher at St. Basil School. Caroline's family would like to thank the staff at Bethel Park ManorCare for taking care of their sister. She was a wonderful sister, a loving friend, and a wonderful companion who impacted the lives of many and will be missed. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, February 8 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Monday, February 9 at 9:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. John Vianney Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery.
