My parents, Bill and Carol King, just learned of Carolyn Graffamâ??s passing. They admired Carolyn, and her late husband Steve, very much and enjoyed being with them. Carolyn was a wonderfully caring friend, and always vivacious and gracious. My mother remembers how much Carolyn loved flowers. They often met for lunch at The Frick to share a meal together, walk through the gardens, and see the latest art exhibit. As a co-founder of the Heinz History Center with Steve Graffam, my father remembers how Carolyn often greeted people, including many supporters, at the Founderâ??s Day dinners and helped establish a womenâ??s committee. My parents valued their friendship with Steve and Carolyn Graffam and will always remember them with much love. We send our sympathy to you now. â??â??Louise King Sturgess, July 23, 2019
