Obituary For Cathi Mahony

June 18, 1958 - February 13, 2018

Mahony, Cathi (Blair) On Tuesday, February 13, 2018, of Pleasant Hills.

Wife of Rick Mahony; mother of Steve and Shannon Mahony; daughter of the late James E. and Jane Blair; sister of David J. (Toni) Blair. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at John McMillan Presbyterian Church, 875 Clifton Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102 at 11:00 a.m. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, please mail contributions in Cathi's honor to: Magee-Womens Research Institute, 3339 Ward Street, Pittsburgh PA 15213 or contribute by phone at 412-641-8968.

    Rick, Steve and Shannon. Such a sad day for us! An energetic, caring, talented, family oriented woman is an angel in heaven.     I am very saddened to learn about Cathi's passing. I met her at Dormont AARP and she was always friendly and welcoming. Only really dealt with her via the computer with my articles for the AARP newsletter, but I'm sure she was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend. May all your happy memories with Cathi hold you over until that day when you can see her again.

    Even though we only first met Cathi a few years ago, it was always a pleasant experience talking with her on those occasions when our paths crossed. She was a beautiful friendly lady. Our best to your family. You are in our thoughts. Connie & Clyde Weirich
