Age 97, surrounded by her family, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021, of Jefferson Hills, originally of Lafayette, IN.

"Passion Flower" of the late William J. Regan; loving mother of the late Sharon Regan and survived by Jim (Martha) Regan and Pat Regan; beloved grandmother of Maribeth (John) Cardillo, Bill Regan and Jennifer (Chris) McHugh; cherished "GG" of AJ and Gianna Cardillo and Carter and Finnegan McHugh. Cecelia was an avid golfer and a master at bridge. Her life has made an indelible mark on all of our lives. A funeral mass will be held in celebration of her life on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in Triumph of the Holy Cross, St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Arrangements made by John F.
