Obituary For Charles A. Malits

Age 95, on Monday, December 7, 2020, of Carrick.

Beloved husband of Mary Eileen (Cunningham); father of William O. (Kathleen) Malits; grandfather of Jamie Lee Malits and the late William and Kimberly Malits; great-grandfather of Hannah and Carson Knurek; brother of Harold Motzer, Lorraine Keil, John Motzer and Dorothy Jakubowski. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Charles proudly served in the Coast Guard during WWII. Visitations will be held privately. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, Holy Angels Church on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. Due to the current public health crisis, masks and social distancing guidelines must be adhered to.

    Aunt Eileen, Billy and Family - it saddened our hearts to hear about Uncle Chuck. We only have funny and fond memories of Uncle Chuck! We always loved the trains!! With God's strength you will get through this. Our deepest sympathies, The Lambert Family.

    Dear Billy, Eileen and Family, How ironic that Chuck passed on Pearl Harbor Day and he's one of the last surviving soldiers from WWII ..., The Lord took the soldier back Home to be with Rose and Uncle Frank and so many others who were waiting for him at The Gate.
