Charles was the “4th of July King!” It was his favorite day of the year. As the parade passed by their Brownsville Road home, he served Bloody Marys, food, and smiles. His hospitality knew no limits and guests filled the front lawn year after year. Charles and MaryAnn were members of St. Sylvester Catholic Church their entire marriage. He volunteered as an usher and for other parish events. Charles was a terrific PapPap and truly loved spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed playing the saxophone, playing golf, smoking a good cigar, and the companionship of his very dear friend Marie in his later years.
