We are so sad to hear about your loss, Carole. Ed just found out and we're sorry that we couldn't be there in person to share your grief. So many wonderful memories of picnics, Pitt games, Seven Springs and The Polish Falcons. Eddie and Angela remembered you both and send their sincere sympathies. Prayers are being said for Chuck and the family.

I am so sorry that I could not be there in Pgh to honor this great man. He was a wonderful brother to my mother. He was my Godfather. I admired his advice and his athleticism in softball and basketball. He taught me the game and coaching of basketball. As an actor early in my career, he gave me sound financial advice to "put away even the smallest amount." He told me, "Can you afford $10/month?" I did and made that initial investment in my career. One of my fondest memories, even though I wasn't actually there at the time, was during the year of my wedding. Uncle Chuck and Aunt Carole were celebrating their 25th anniversary. I sent them 25 balloons. I was told that Uncle Chuck tied them to his belt and danced with them. Damn, I could picture that image forever. I guess God needed a new coach for his angel team. Donna and I ask God to bless, Aunt Carole, and her wonderful memories of her soulmate.

My wonderful Uncle Chuck who I admired all my life. Few in this world held more of my respect as a child than My Uncle. So many memories of him thru the years in South Side. My Mother Mary Lou was so very proud of her little brother and now she will have him once more to cherish forever. Rest In Peace Uncle Chuck for you will be loved here on Earth as long as I live.
