Obituary For Charlotte E. (Saukel) Cleaver

On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, of South Park.

Beloved wife of the late Richard Cleaver; mother of Jessica (Chuck) Allard; Grandma of Liz Cleaver and Tony Allard; daughter of the late John and Frances Saukel; sister of Jackie (the late Stan) Muse and the late John Saukel; aunt of Wendy (Ed) Sinek and Tammy (Jim) Miller. Char worked at Eat'n Park in Whitehall for more than 40 years and enjoyed every minute of it. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 1-4 p.m. where a blessing service will be held at 4:00 p.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to a charity of one's choice.

    I'm so very sad to hear of Charlotte's passing!! She was a beautiful lady and always so kind, patient and helpful. I worked with Charlotte at Eat 'n Park in the '90s and learned so much from her about customer service. When I grew up and would bring my own boys in, she still remembered me and welcomed me back. She had so many devoted customers who would gladly wait for the chance to sit in her section! Heaven has a special angel now. My sincere condolences to the whole family. You're in my prayers.
