Obituary For Charlotte Tamara "Tammy" O'Brien

Age 66, of Beaver County, formerly of Allentown, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on Friday, January 5, 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Terry O'Brien; adoring companion of Joseph A. George; loving mother of Brandy (Marc Schanck) O'Brien and Dawn (Michael) Callender; cherished grandma of Kiersten and Gavin Callender, Connor and Liam Graf and Alexis Schanck; daughter of the late Robert and Charlotte Kieffer; daughter-in-law of the late Edward and Dorothy O'Brien; sister of Gerald (Nancy), James and the late Robert Kieffer; sister-in-law of Edward (Patricia), Timothy (Elaine), Kathleen Maruska, and the late Karen Melinchak. Friends and family will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, PA 15227 Monday, January 8, 2024 and Tuesday, January 9, 2024 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m.
