Beloved wife of 25 years to James E. Dunlap, Jr.; loving mother of Ryan, Lindsey, Ciara and Colin, stepmother of Tiffany (Lauren) Stocker; daughter of the late Lawrence B. Downs; sister of Pat (Kathleen) Downs, Colleen Downs (Michael Hoydick), and the late Kathleen Booth and Mary Ann Downs Ligouri; also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous loving friends. Friends will be received at the John F.
