Obituary For Cynthia Lee (Pugh) Dybeck

Age 69, of Pleasant Hills, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026, following a brief illness.
Cindy was born November 17, 1956 in Johnstown, PA. She is survived by many friends, neighbors, cousins and her dear friend John McCarver. Cindy was preceded in death by her late husband, Alfred A. Dybeck and her parents, William and Josephine (Mastrocola) Pugh. Cindy was an avid animal lover and leaves behind her beloved dog Cash. She enjoyed the theatre and loved to travel, especially spending time at the beach. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. immediately followed by her memorial service starting at 4:00 P.M. Interment will be held privately. If desired, please consider making a contribution to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 or the American Cancer Society, 106 Merchant Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 in lieu of flowers.
