Foster, Dale Age 76, passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by his loved ones, on Monday, October 3, 2016.

A native Pittsburgher, Dale was the son of William and Ethel Foster, and the youngest of eight children. He is preceded by Mae "Tootsie", "Slick", Donald, Wayne and "Gartz"; survived by Roy and Millie; also survived by his beloved wife Judy, daughter Suzanne (Mike) Tomasits, son Dale (Laura) and three grandchildren, Lea, John and Amy, who affectionately called him "Pap." Dale was a man of many hats; a card shark, animal lover, fisherman, comedian, car enthusiast, and handyman extraordinaire. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Thursday from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. at which time services will be held.
