Obituary For Daniel Sharrer

July 21, 1957 - October 12, 2017

Sharrer, Daniel, age 60, suddenly on Thursday, October 12, 2017 of Brentwood. Beloved husband of 42 years to Cindy (Knipe); father of Justin (Tracey) and Jill Sharrer; proud Grampy of Elsie, Jacob, Jesse and James Sharrer and Neenie and Magnolia Overn; beloved son of Kay and the late Roger Sharrer; cherished brother of Kathy (Lenny) Santora, Steve (Kim), Janice (Dan) Garrett and Ken (Chrissy). Dan was an avid outdoorsman, devoted to his dogs, and enjoyed ice hockey, hunting and fishing. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 3-8 p.m. and Monday, October 16, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.
