Beloved husband of Donna Marie (Putaro) Michalski; loving father of Francis Joseph (Lori) Michalski and Tara (Joseph) Nichols; grandfather of Perry and Palmer Nichols, and Hunter Michalski. He is the son of the late Joseph Charles and Assunta Theresa (Barile) Michalski. Brother of Mark (Judy) Michalski and the late Timothy (survived by Jean) Michalski. Also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation and Services are private. If desired, family suggests contributions be made to the charity of ones choice in David's name/memory.
