Obituary For David M. Palmer

Age 85, on Monday, October 24, 2022, of Baldwin Borough.

Beloved husband of 63 years to Ruth (Moore) Palmer; cherished father of Beth (John) Isaacs, Amy (Dean) Murray and Sally (Ricardo) Locarnini; loving Pap Pap of Rachel, Emily, Evan, Sara, Shane, Joshua, Jessica, Rebecca, Emma and Daniel; brother of the late Richard T. Palmer. David was a faithful servant to Jesus and a member of the former Whitehall Presbyterian Church. He was the owner of Palmer's Amoco in Munhall. David was an avid big game hunter and deep sea fisherman who traveled the world doing Missionary Journeys, he was also a volunteer fireman. Above all David loved and was devoted to his family. A celebration of David's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements handled by the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Cornerstone Television, 1 Signal Hill Drive, Wall, PA 15148.

    Dave was always special to our family. He was my deceased father's best friend. He called him Farmer Dave. I'm so grateful for his friendship. Dave created joyful moments as our neighbor and friend. He loved life and was a true friend.
