Walters, David W. "Woody", age 67, unexpectedly on Thursday, August 9, 2018 of Rostraver. Beloved husband of 47 years to Susan A. Walters; loving dad of Tracy L. Slagle and Kristy L. Stone; proud Pap to Kayla, Danielle, Jordan, Shaun, Jamie, and Devin; great-grand pap of Lucie Shae; cherished son of Anna and the late Walter Walters; brother of Annette (the late Wayne) Kirsch and the late Marlene (Bill) Trageser. Also survived by brother-in-law James (Toni) Jenkins, nephews, cousins and friends. Woody was a dear friend to Bernie and Dave Bilski and Joel Kirstein. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 5 p.m. until the time of a prayer at 8 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, family insists that everyone take a walk in the woods in his memory.
