Beloved wife of the late Don Synborski, Sr.; mother of Don, Jr. (Terri) and Darlene (Clay) Gibson; grandmother of Jim (Jenna) Synborski, Andrea (Adam) Hechavarria, Elisa Synborski, Ryan (Cora) Deasy, Marissa (Mike) Rutkowski and Mike Deasy; sister of Melena Barkman. Dawn was a lifelong Brentwood resident, Borough Secretary, Council Woman and Democratic Committee Woman. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Sunday from 1-6 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Monday morning in Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, Maxwell Drive, Whitehall at 10 a.m.
