Sr. and Bernice (Reiland) Cook; sister of Joanne Cook, Maureen (Jim) Smith, Charles W.Cook Jr. (Linda), David (Karen) Cook, Diane Cook and the late Keith Cook; daughter-in-law of Dolly (the late John P.) Balkovec; sister-in-law of Jeff (Pam) Balkovec; aunt of Jason and Christine Cook, Jenna (Matt) Cook-Miller, Megan (Ryan) Davis and Abby Balkovec and Alexis (Adam) Malecki; great-aunt of Aleksah Cook, Elliot Davis and Violet and Lily Miller. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, extended family.

Deborah was a Life member of Brentwood EMS and served as President, Vice President and Treasurer. Deborah was a member of the Brentwood Park Initiative. Deborah was also retired from PNC Bank.
