Obituary For Deborah L. "Deb" Jandt

Age 61, of Pleasant Hills, PA, passed Saturday, August 13, 2022, with family and friends by her side. Daughter of the late Beverly M. Jandt (Reinhart) and Robert L. Jandt; sister of Susan Jandt and Diane (Dan) Kuhn; cousin of Joyce Merhaut; lifelong best friend of Lavinia (Charlie) Wingert; devoted fur mom to Gracie. Deb was a graduate of Carrick High School in 1979 and Slippery Rock State University in 1983. She was an avid tennis player in her younger years and excelled in many sports. Deb had a deep faith and love for God, witnessed by the countless hours over 30 years she spent volunteering on committees and administrative roles for the children of Camp Agape. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227, Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 4-6 p.m., where a Prayer Service will be held at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the American Diabetes Association, www.diabetes.org or Camp Agape, P.O. Box 115, Hickory, PA 15340.
