Obituary For Dolores A. (Peterson) Trunk

Age 88, peacefully on Thursday, July 9, 2026, of Whitehall.

Beloved wife of 54 years to the late Frank J. Trunk; loving mother of Frank (Julie), Michael (Kate), Daniel (Pamela) and Stephen (Gail) Trunk; proud Grandma of Lauren (Nicholas), Sarah (Tyler), Rachel, Tiffany, Daniel (Maddie), Megan and Emily; sister of Audrey (the late Jerome) Olup and the late Ralph Peterson. Also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Dolores enjoyed her retail work at Sears and Caste Village Hardware. She will forever be remembered for her creativity, crafting, gardening, church work and RV travels across the United States.

Friends and family are welcome to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church. Blessed to have known you , my family shopped at casti village and worked in shops young and all my life. Too many of them too many places close by.
