Kolling, Donald C. Age 89, on Saturday, December 23, 2017, of Slippery Rock, formerly of Baldwin Boro.

Beloved husband of the late Rosemary (Scheider); loving father of Richard A. (Joan), Sr. and Mark C. (Colleen); grandfather of Derrick (Amanda), Christopher (Melissa), Richard A., Jr., Jacob and Matthew Kolling; great-grandfather of Jaxon, Karson, Harrison, Hunter and Anderson; brother of the late George, Robert, Ray, Leona, Jim and Charles. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Don was a proud U.S. Army Veteran serving during WWII in the Phillipines and a member of the American Legion Post 935. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:45.
