Macher, Donald C., Sr. Age 83, on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, of Baldwin Boro.

Beloved husband of 33 years to the late Irene Campanzzi Macher; loving father of Donald C. (Cheri) Macher, Jr., Vicki Macher and Duane M. (Charlene) Macher; proud grandfather of Rachel, Douglas, Lauren and the late Sean; brother of Norman (Gertrude) and the late Glenn (Kathleen) and Frederick (Lorraine). Don served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and worked for U. S. Steel for over 35 years. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Friday from 5-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Saturday at Noon.
