Obituary For Donald C. McFarland

Age 84, on Saturday, March 12, 2022, formerly of Mt Oliver.

Beloved husband of the late Theresa "Sam" (Muza) McFarland; loving father of Maria (Robert) Feth, Christina (Regis) King and Donald (Susan) McFarland; devoted grandfather of Caitlin (Chris) Matthis, Lindsay (John) Harbin, Riley (Francesca) King, Mitchell King, Madison McFarland and Piper McFarland; proud great-grandfather of Logan Matthis; brother of the late James McFarland, Alice Schmidt and MaryLou Schuster; also survived by his sister-in-law Carol (Alan) Campbell and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Don was born on All Saints Day because he was truly a saint. He was the kindest, sweetest, most patient and selfless person. His love and devotion to his wife, family and friends was unparalleled. He had a smile and a kind word for everyone. He was proud of his Irish heritage and loved to have a good time in true Irish fashion. We hope you will honor him by continuing to live as he lived, with PMA (positive mental attitude.) Friends will be received at the John F.
