Uncle Don was one of the strongest men I ever knew. As an ironworker you have to be. However, his tough exterior was balanced out by a very sweet and loving, gentle soul. Anytime I hear "Come go with me" or a Paul Anka song, I'll remember him and Aunt Joanie on the dance floor. For as much as he loved having a well manicured green lawn, he loved his family even more. Uncle Don was a very special husband, father and grandfather. He was the first line of defense in the Harris family as being a protective brother to Aunt Ginny, Peg, Sally and company. I always enjoyed watching/ talking Steelers games and 60s music with Uncle Don. My condolences to Aunt Joanie and family.
