Obituary For Donald J. Onodi, Sr.

Age 89, on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, of Baldwin Borough.

Beloved husband of 66 years to Jonell (Shorr) Onodi; loving father of Kimberly (Edward) Wooddell and Donald Onodi, Jr.; grandfather of Sean, Emily and Zane. Raised lovingly by Mary (Valint) and John Onodi. Don was a retired draftsman for Tyson Metal Products and a retired security guard at the Carnegie Science Center. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road on Monday, October 14, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A blessing service will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home Chapel. If desired, family suggests contributions to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 333 E Carson Street, # 441E, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
