Obituary For Donna Lee Lucot

Age 75, passed peacefully, but unexpectedly, on Sunday, February 1, 2026, of Jefferson Hills.

Mother of Brian (Stephanie) Lucot and Chad (Aimee) Lucot; grandma of Drew, Owen, Andie, Edie, James and the late Matthew; daughter of the late George and Catherine Moninger; sister of the late David M. Moninger, Sr; aunt of the late David M. Moninger, Jr. Also survived by numerous lifelong friends (family). Donna was a lifelong dedicated Steelers fan. She watched every game religiously as any true blooded Pittsburgher does. She loved baking and cooking for her family and was enjoying sharing family recipes with her grandchildren. Donna valued her family and her friends above all else. She took immense joy in being present with them as much and as often as possible. She will be deeply missed by the countless people who loved her. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 5-8 p.m., where a blessing service will be held at 7:30 p.m. A Committal Prayer on Saturday at Mt. Carmel Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Please meet at the cemetery.

    So sorry for your loss. My husband and I became friends with Donna, thru Mary Beth and Tim. I always tried to include Donna anytime I had a get together. I really cared for your Mom and will miss her. I can never have a Coors light without thinking of her.🥲❤️
