Williams, Donna M. (Bopp), of Carrick, age 69, on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022, went to be with the Lord after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Beloved wife of 23 years to Bryan Williams; loving mother of Christina (Fabian) Urrutia; proud Nana of Elias Valentine; sister of Rick (the late Barb) Bopp. Also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and neighbors. The Pittsburgh Angel, Donna was passionate about her family, her friends and her church. Fearlessly firm in her belief of Jesus Christ, she truly was an angel to those around her, earning her title of Pittsburgh Angel. She spent countless hours lifting others up with her wit and sarcasm and ability to read any room. She gave selflessly and without expecting anything in return. Through the years, she was always actively involved with her community where her last public endeavor was Chair of Zone 3 Public Safety. Among her accomplishments, Donna served for various positions in the Pittsburgh Board of Education, Allegheny County and City of Pittsburgh, working alongside police and community leaders. She helped organize and promote the importance of Block Watch safety and was honored with an official "Donna Williams Day" by the city officials on December 18th, 2015, for her help in the Carrick neighborhood Fentanyl epidemic. Funeral services were held lovingly and privately. A memorial event will be held at a future date. Arrangements handled by the John F.
