Passed away peacefully at the age of 93 on Saturday, March 5, 2016, in Oviedo, Florida; formerly of Mount Oliver. Beloved husband of the late Marie Frosch; father of Janet (Robert) Stauffer, Kerry (Kathleen) Frosch, and Jo Anne (Robert) Ratay; grandfather of Jonathan, Sarah, Kimberly, Seth, Emily, Olivia, and Alyssa; great-grandfather of Alton, Harrison, Sophie, and Brooklyn; brother of the late Alice Deutsch; brother-in-law of Eugene and Lucille Settelmaier. Proudly served in the US Navy during World War II aboard the USS Thatcher DD-514. visitation. There will be no visitation. Friends are invited to attend the interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements made by the John F.
