Age 82, of Oldsmar, Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 3, 2024.

Edward was the beloved son of the late Howard B. Rittenhouse, Sr. and Marie Elva Boyle and was preceded in death by his three wives, Linda Price, Geraldine Rittenhouse and Geraldine Kennedy Rittenhouse, his brother, Howard B. Rittenhouse, Jr. and his son, Edward L. Rittenhouse, Jr. Edward is survived by his daughters, Denise Rittenhouse and Tonya (Bob) Badowski as well as his brother Thomas J. (Carol) Rittenhouse and Debbie Rittenhouse. Edward was a proud grandfather of six, Brandon Anthony, Sebastian Anthony, Stephen Carroll, Pierson Badowski, Victoria Badowski and Alexandra Badowski.

Edward proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a graduate of Duquesne University. Edward dedicated his career to United States Steel where he was an executive over three plants, Edgar Thomas, Clairton Works and Irvin Works, where he designed the computer programs and after retiring continued on as a consultant. Edward was rooted in his Catholic faith and will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Family and friends will be received at the Chapel, at Queen of Heaven Cemetery on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements handled by the John F.
