Obituary For Effie Mae "Dea" Charlton

Age 93, on Sunday, December 26, 2021, of Baldwin Borough.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph Albert Charlton; loving mother of Teri Lynn (the late Gerald) Bahur, Donna (Darrel) Tegi; stepmother of David (Sandy) Charlton, Art (Cheryl) Charlton and Wayne (Linda) Charlton; Dea of Valerie and Christopher Staudt, Shara (Jon Pekarcik) Bahur, Kristie (James) Corrins, Carol Charlton, Heather Horton, Kirsten Theissen, Jason (Josie) Charlton and Scott (Hilary) Charlton; Great-Dea of Hannah, Josh, Evan, Gerry, Sadie, Baby, Emmett, Graham, Dane, Maisie, William, Rhiannon and Jackson. Effie was a faithful follower of God and a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 12:00 noon.
