Obituary For Elaine Helen Burr

Age 87, died peacefully at home on Sunday, June 27, 2021.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Crowley Burr and her brothers, Howard and Edwin. After graduating from Mt. Mercy College (Carlow University) in 1955, she worked 36 years for Westinghouse Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, retiring as Director of Computer Security. She is survived by nieces, nephews and by great friend of 60 years, Elaine S. Thompson. Arrangements are private and being handled by the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
