Link, Elizabeth Anne Age 86, of Castle Shannon, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, November 13, 2016. Loving wife of 56 years to the late John "Jack" Link (2007); beloved mother of Diane (Hollis) Hurd, Steven (Roberta) and Rebecca (Hugh Manning) Link; proud grandmother of Zachary (Lydia Glick) Klimek, Jessica (Brad Calabrese) Klimek, Andrew (Caitlin) Link, Michael (Lydia) Link and Robert (Jia) Link; survived by four cherished great-grandchildren. Also a special second mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to the Nguyen family. Anne will be remembered most for the love she shared with her grandchildren, creating crafts, planning parties, telling stories, baking treats, working on homework and listening to top-secret stuff too fragile for a parent's ear. Friends will be received at the John F Slater Funeral Home, Inc, 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gabriel of The Sorrowful Virgin Church at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, Ann requested contributions to St. Gabriel's Church Parish Share, 5200 Greenridge Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
