Mizla, Elizabeth "Betty" Beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Mizla; loving mother of Gary (Peggy) Mizla, Julianne (Frank) Mastroianni and Joseph (Sue) Mizla; Mona of Marissa (Josef) Turcan, Garrett (Ashley) Mizla, Breanne Mizla, Stephen (Lexx) Mizla, Stephanie Mizla, and Alicia (Christopher) Ruebelman; great-grandmother of Grant Mizla. Betty served during the Korean War in the Women's Army Corps in Tokyo and worked at the Pentagon. She was a staff sergeant and served in G2 Intelligence. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, PA 15227 Monday, December 9 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:15.
