Lotz, Elizabeth F. "Betty" (Dentel), age 90, on Thursday, February 4, 2016 of Arrowood, formerly of South Side Slopes. Beloved wife of the late Clyde J. Lotz; loving mother of Carol (Ray) Fenlock, James (Claudia) Lotz, Marlene (Don) Sabol; proud grandmother of Justin Lotz, and Meredith and Nicholas Sabol; sister of Aloysius "Butch" (Rita) and August "Gus" (Charlotte) Dentel and the late Albert, Jr. and Frederick "Fritz" Dentel. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Betty was a long-time employee of St. Paul of the Cross Monastery, enjoyed watching the Pirates, Penguins and Steelers, and playing cards and bingo with her friends at Arrowood. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul of the Cross Monastery at 10:00 a.m.
