Condolences

My condolences go to Martha and the rest of the family. May God give you strength and comfort. Faustino was a very kind and caring individual. He taught me so much during my career at Bettis. He was very charming, stopping often by my office at 3:14 in the afternoon to tell me that it was Pi o'clock. May he rest in peace.

Faustino was the type of reader that librarians dream about. He was thoughtful, compassionate, ever curious, and with a warm sense of humor. As the moderator of a classics book club at the library, I knew that Faustino would be more knowledgeable about the text than anyone else, including myself. Often he would read a text in multiple languages, regretting only that he didn't have more time in a month to dedicate to further research and analysis. We shall miss you, Faustino. Read on.

I remember him from my days at Bettis. He was very quiet and pleasant. God must have needed another angel.
