Slezak, Frances J.(Derkowski), age 99, on Sunday, January 4, 2015 of Carrick. Wife of the late John H. Slezak; Mother of Thomas J. and Roberta "Bobbie" (John) Stepaniak; ; grandmother of Scott Slezak and the late Mark Slezak: sister of Rita Bukowski. Frances was a longtime accomplished seamstress. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Funeral prayer on Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Wendelin Church at 10:00 a.m.
