Frank will be deeply missed by me and other Bettis steelhead fishermen. In addition to being a super nice guy at Bettis and outside Bettis, Frank studied every aspect of steelhead fishing possible. I used to joke with him that he had a doctor's degree in that steelhead knowledge. We had some great days fishing in Erie, Pa streams and also Ohio streams that I will always remember.

Elaine and Family I never worked directly with Frank. He was a friend. We shared stories of our medical problems. We talked about our Bettis investments and where there was an opportunity to make a quick buck. Frank was always there for me. He gave more than he received. Even in retirement, we still communicated with e-mail. He would research questions related to cancer and then talk to me by e-mail. A great human being. I am saddened by his passing. He will be missed.

Our deepest sympathies to the family. Frank was a wonderful person, a gentleman, who took great pride in his work and his family. I enjoyed our conversations when we talked about work issues - but he really enjoyed talking about the family. We were blessed to know him.
