Age 88, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, November 2, 2024, of South Side .

Born on March 17, 1936 to the late Frank and Mary Turzak; loving husband of the late Elizabeth (Seybold) Turzak; father of Michael Douglas Turzak; step-father of Barbara Douglass (Harry), Christine Novak (the late James), the late William Kozikowski, Carol Focer (Cathy), John Kozikowski (Lori) and Joyce Kuchta (Joseph); brother of Richard (Renie), Gregory (Debbie), the late Edward, Patrick and Geraldine; grandfather of Harry (Karen), Jeffrey (Kris), Michael, Jennifer, Dana (Ricky), Joey (Michelle); great-grandfather of Zachary, Matthew, Antonio, Donovan and Jordan; great-great-grandfather of Antonio. Frank's family offers their thanks and appreciation to the nursing staff and doctors of the 10th floor at Mercy Hospital for the wonderful care they provided. He will be greatly missed by his Eat'n Park buddies and his good friends at Carson Retirement Residence. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Thursday morning at 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish at Church of the Resurrection at 10:30 a.m.
