Age 95, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

Beloved husband of 65 years to Rose Mastroianni; loving father of Frank (Julie) Mastroianni, Natalina (Richard) Burns, Bruno (Karen) Mastroianni and Cathy (Joe) Balkovec; cherished Nonno of Alicia (Topher) Rubleman, Sam Burns, Emma Burns, Dominic Mastroianni, Mario Mastroianni, Gianna Mastroianni, Elaina Mastroianni, Gabriella Balkovec, Francesca Balkovec and Veronica Balkovec; brother of the late Lina (Domenico) Audino. Also survived by numerous other relatives. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. Funeral prayer on Monday morning at 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggest contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
