Loving partner of Patricia A. Grguric; son of the late Frank and Josephine (Olszewski) Mihalovich; nephew of Theresa Kernan. Also survived by many loving cousins.

Frank was President of Brentwood E.M.S. and a member for 34 years, he also served as the Brentwood E.M.S. representative to the Brentwood-Baldwin-Whitehall Chamber of Commerce. He was a Director and Instructor of the Carrick Sportsman Club, Judge of Elections for his voting district, Chairman of the Civil Service Commission in Brentwood, active member of the Knights of Columbus, member of St. Sylvester and Holy Angels Parishes. He served in the United States Marine Corp. A sports enthusiast , he enjoyed football, baseball, and hockey. Frank enjoyed photography, dancing, movies and listening to country and oldies music. Frank was always there to help anyone in need.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday from 1-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sylvester Church at 12:00 Noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brentwood E.M.S, 3624 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 or American Red Cross, Southwestern PA Chapter, 225 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 .
