Fowler, Garnet F. (Boice), age 92, on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 of Whitehall. Wife of the late Keith J. Fowler; mother of Kathleen Futrell, Roanoke, VA, John K. Fowler, of Ocala, FL, Kenneth J. of Waynesburg, Glenn F. of Houston, TX, Kristopher J. of Boone, NC, and Connie J. Gulliford of Albany, OR. Also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Garnet was the last of her ten Boice siblings to survive. She was a proud member of the Women's U.S. Coast Guard SPAR, Seaman 1st Class during WWII and a former school crossing guard for Baldwin-Whitehall Police Department. Friends will be received at the John F.
