Age 86, on Monday, May 5, 2014, of Whitehall.

Beloved husband of the late Marjorie (Van Shura) Pardiny for 62 years; loving father of Susan Pardiny (Tom) Flynn, George, Jr. (Karen), Carl "CR" (Cathy), Kenneth (Wendy) and the late Jane Pardiny Statewicz and Nancy Pardiny; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. There will be no public visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, May 10, 2014, in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church at 10:00 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to St. Gabriel School Fund, 5200 Greenridge Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
