Age 79, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, of Baldwin Borough.

Beloved husband of 57 years to Marilyn J. (Timmins); loving father of George K. Jr., Jeanne B. (Paul) Predmore, Mark R. (Deborah) and Thomas W. (Laura); proud Pappy of Willie, Brittany, Abbie, Paige, Tommy, Danny, Colin, Brandon, Derek, Justin, Elisa and Grace; brother of Elaine (Charles) Arnold and Judith (James) Agnew. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. George was a self-employed contractor as well as a construction supervisor specializing in school remodeling. He was also a well-known school bus driver for the Bethel Park School District. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday in Concordia Lutheran Church at 10:30 a.m. Everyone please meet at church. Due to the current public health crisis, masks and social distancing guidelines must be adhered to.
