Stankus, George W. Age 85, on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, formerly of Brentwood.

Loving husband of the late Barbara A. (Rieser); father of Susan Redmond, George (Karen), Ken (Jane) and the late David Stankus; grandfather of Kelley, Shannon and Sydney; great-grandfather of three; cherished brother of Dolores Stankus and the late Janet (Joe) Fevo. George was the owner of Child's Store Fixtures in Castle Shannon. He was a member of St. Clair Country Club for 31 years and an avid golfer. George was thoughtful, positive, and generous. He loved to visit Las Vegas and play Black Jack. Friends will be received in St. Sylvester Church, 3754 Brownsville Road, Brentwood PA 15227 on Friday, September 2, 2016, from 9:30 am until the time of Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am.
