Gerry was an amazing person who gave so much of himself to others. He has paved his way to Heaven. Many prayers are coming your way to help you to cope with your unsurmountable loss. Remember he is just a prayer away. My daughter, Melissa, has been deeply touched by Gerry in more ways than you could ever know. He helped her to grow professionally and was a good friend. I am grateful for all he has done for Melissa. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Terri Piekut

Thinking of you all at this devastating time. It's such a tragedy to lose such a beloved husband, father and grandfather so young and vital. At least now he isn't suffering and is at peace with the Lord but he will be very dearly missed and you will all be in our prayers as you cope with this sorrowful situation. Much Love to you all.

I am so sorry for your profound loss. I am privileged to have had him for my neighbor all these years. The love your family shares is palpable and will carry you through your grief. Gerry was a remarkable husband, father, family man. Your closeness was apparent to all who had the good fortune to witness. The relationship you shared is known only to a small percentage of people. It has been my honor to have known Gerry Bahur. May he go in peace.
