Obituary For Gladys E. Homer

October 28, 1941 - January 3, 2015

Homer, Gladys E. (Barry) Age 73, after a brief illness on Saturday, January 3, 2015, of Bethel Park.

Loving wife of 51 years to John N. Homer; beloved mother of John B. (Lesley) Homer and Kathleen S. (Thomas) Keyes; proud grandmother of Christian B. Homer; sister of John (Vikki) and George (Caroline) Barry. Also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Monday, 6:00 - 8:00 pm and Tuesday, 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Western PA Humane Society, 1101 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
